Cohesive Development

The goal of our group development is to leverage a small team of highly skilled professionals in the most efficient manner. To do this, we examine the cohesiveness of a project during its life cycle.  Aspects of a project might be studied to include the quality of the output produced by our team, the type and frequency of its flexibility, its cohesiveness, the existence of conflict, etc.

Overall our model is to view progress as regular movement through a series of "stages," or as "phases" that a project may or may go through and which might occur at different points. Attention to details over time has been one of our most differentiating factors used in development.
